A&E speciality is an intersting and one of the most developing specialities over the last few years. Membership and Fellowship of the Royal College of emergency Medicine in London is one of the most popular prestigious certificates nowadays and it qualifies for a senior registrar and consultant A&E in UK and anywhere in the world. The new Format of the Royal College exam allows obtaining either membership of full fellowship by examination. OSCE stations are similar in both exam formats except for the expectations from you, so if you are doing FRCEM OSCE, the examiner expects from you being able to communicate difficult decisions and show advanced level of leadership.
